They only had self checkout. The line was backed up and they did not have employees checking anybody out at regular registers. I asked a girl at the register if she would check me out instead of using self checkout. She told me she was too busy. Lowe's in Waco will have my business from now on

Went there because Lowe’s lumber saw was out of order and I needed some long plywood cuts. After searching for an employee for 15 minutes I finally found Brad who rudely let me know they wouldn’t make cuts for me because if they did “they wouldn’t be here all day!” So makes me wonder why I am dropping $600 on lumber at a store that doesn’t want to help me out. I ended up buying the lumber, but that’s the last time I’ll spend a dime at this location. Bellmead and Temple locations are fine, but Waco Dr location needs some serious work on their personnel. I’ll take my money elsewhere to a store that at least pretends to care.

First of all Ms Emerald Imhotep needs a raise for the way she went above and beyond for me, a customer! She was so nice and helpful very patient and understanding she knew exactly what I needed and what I was asking for she was most definitely one of the best people I’ve came in contact with at this location so nice and welcoming! I give her 1000 stars!!!

I’ve had several bad experiences at this Home Depot location . my most recent experience was with their current promotion of by seventy five dollars save fifteen by a hundred dollars save twenty five dollars on certain brand of products like Charmin bounty tide cascade et cetera . I purchased over $100 Of products included in their promotion, but the discount did not automatically apply. When I brought it up to the employee at checkout, she then said it only applied to certain items which I informed her was incorrect. Their promotion says $25 off of 100 of the brands’ see picture attached. When asking for a manager one was not provided. I will not be back to this location!

Best customer service we received yesterday from appliances department. Went in late with a very tired toddler and the lady helping us purchase a refrigerator was so patient and friendly. Clean and organized store, easy to find what you looking for and if you can't find what you're looking for the staff is happy to assist you. We will be back and definitely recommend this place. UPDATE: 03/31/2019 We have been back maybe twice every other week. We purchased all our appliances and blinds for 18 windows for our new home. Maureen helped us pick up a door and was supper nice and pleasant to work with. I cannot even begin to explain how excellent the customer service is here. So far this is my best home improvement store. UPDATE: 06/22/2018 Currently in the the store looking for paint and again Maureen was working in the paint department today. She is so phenomenal at what she does, she provides the best customer service ever. She is so patient and very helpful without feeling like you're bothering her. We love this Home Depot so much because of the customer service we receive from the employees here, highly recommend this store.
